RideAware Moto Routes
You can request deletion of your RideAware account and associated app data by contacting us from the same email address used for your RideAware account.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email ga.damasin@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: RideAware Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address connected to your RideAware account.
What Will Be Deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile information stored by RideAware.
- Saved routes stored in cloud sync.
- Ride history stored in cloud sync.
- Profile image or related account files, if any.
What May Remain
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service maintenance. Local data stored on your device may need to be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
Processing Time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the account owner.
